Quotes and bookings

Fares shown on this website are the current published rates for the route and vehicle named. They are an invitation to book, not a confirmed booking. A trip is booked only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp or by phone, including the date, time, vehicle and fare.

How the fare is worked out

• A one way drop is charged for the outbound journey only, with no return-empty charge.
• One way fares are billed on a 130 km minimum, so shorter trips are not priced per kilometre.
• A round trip fare covers both legs and the driver staying with you.
• Tolls, fuel, driver charges and GST are inside the quoted fare.
• Parking, state permit charges where they apply, a night allowance of Rs 200 between 10 PM and 6 AM, and driver meals on multi-day trips are charged separately.
• Changes you make to the trip, such as extra stops, a different drop point or waiting time beyond what was agreed, change the fare. We tell you the new amount before it applies.

Passengers and luggage

Each vehicle has a stated passenger and luggage capacity, listed on the about page and on every route page. Please book a vehicle that fits your group and bags. If the group or luggage turns out to be larger than booked, a bigger vehicle may be needed and the fare changes accordingly, subject to availability.

Timings and delays

Journey times quoted on this site are typical driving times in normal conditions. Traffic, weather, road closures, ghat road conditions and police or permit checks can all add time, and none of them are within our control. For flights and trains, please allow a margin beyond the quoted driving time, and tell us the flight or train time when you book so we can plan the departure.

Conduct and safety

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle. Drivers follow speed limits and legally required rest, and may decline to continue if asked to drive unsafely. Please do not leave belongings behind: tell us as soon as you can and we will try to recover and return them, though we cannot guarantee it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and the published fares. The version on this page at the time we confirm your booking is the one that applies to that trip.
